Inspired by sun, surf, and the presence of Karioi, Infinite Summer explores rhythm and movement through a parametric vortex that gently plays with perception. Suggestive of a shortboard ballet in motion, the work captures fleeting moments of coastal joy and flow.
Beginning as a simple doodle, refined through sketch and CAD, the piece is laser-cut, processed, and assembled by hand. Layered forms and shifting light create a sense of suspended movement — a quiet reflection on summer, repetition, and place.
